The services that can be provided include: preparing and viewing Peripheral blood smear and bone marrow - performing chemotherapy - bone marrow aspiration and biopsy of BMB and BMA - injection of chemotherapy drugs in the spinal cord - blood transfusion - injection of coagulation factors and IVIG injection.
Adult Hematology-Oncology Department (Ali Ibne Abitaleb Hospital)
Adult hematology-oncology department was established in 2005 with the aim of diagnosing and treating adult patients who suffer from hematological malignancy, which has 22 beds, 2 subspecialists in hematology and 14 staff. Kidney Transplantation Department (Ali Ibne Abitaleb Hospital)
The kidney transplantation department was founded in 2007 with the aim of kidney transplant surgery, pre- and post-kidney transplant care. There are 5 nephrology subspecialists, 1 transplant fellowship, and 1 PhD in urology and transplant fellowship with 12 staff. Available services include: pre-and post-kidney transplant care - identifying ESRD patients who need a transplant and confirming the need for a transplant - performing the necessary examinations after coordinating with the relevant nephrologist - choosing to be placed on the transplant list from living donor or brain death or both based on consultation with the patient - Registration of patients' information and scan of dialysis card in the organ donation system and placing the patient on the transplant waiting list after the approval of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education ,the selection of the appropriate recipient according to age and blood group during the presentation of the patient with brain death with the necessary arrangements.

The Infertility treatment center (Mowlood Clinic) was launched in 2017 with the aim of treating and providing specialized services to couples with infertility problems, and it has 7 beds , 2 infertility fellowships, 1 specialist and transplant fellowship, 2 embryologists and There are 14 staff and available services include: admission and initial assessment of patients - visiting and transvaginal ultrasound and performing SA and performing subspecialized infertility procedures including ICSI (puncture and transfer) , hysteroscopy - laparoscopy - cyst drainage and IUI, IVF, TESE and egg transfer, donation and freezing.
Radiotherapy Department (Ali Ibne Abitaleb Hospital)
The radiotherapy department was launched in 2009 with the aim of diagnosing and treating young and adult patients with malignant disorders requiring radiotherapy services .It has 12 beds and 2 radiotherapist,5 hematology sub-specialists, 1 sub-specialty of rheumatology and 1 Gastroenterologist and 5 staff. The services that can be provided include radiotherapy.

The Prenatal Diagnostic (PND) Thalassemia Laboratory and Center (Ali Asghar Pediatric Hospital)
In Sistan and Baluchistan province, the Prenatal Diagnostic (PND) Thalassemia Laboratory and Center was launched in Hazrat Ali Asghar (AS) Children's Hospital affilliated with Zahedan University of Medical Sciences in 2002. A total of 10,500 couples carrier of beta thalassemia have been registered in this diagnostic center since 2002. Zahedan the Prenatal Diagnostic (PND) Thalassemia Laboratory and Center with experienced and skilled personnel identifies pregnant women at high risk of thalassemia major in the fastest possible time of less than 24 hours. 30 Genetic tests to determine beta globin gene mutations for beta thalassemia carriers, 6 Genetic tests to determine alpha globin gene mutations for alpha thalassemia carriers, haplotype analysis (RFLP patterns) of the beta globin genes, DNA purification, Performing various PCR techniques including ARMS, GAP-PCR, Multiplex PCR, DNA electrophoresis, genetic examination of all types of fetal samples, Establishing paternity with STR markers are among the capabilities of ZAUMS PND laboratory.
