Admission of international patients:
In order to expedite the patient admission process, the hospital International Patients Department (IPD) will guide the patients through the process and provide all necessary services from the beginning to the end of discharge process. Patients will be paired with an international patient coordinator, who serves as a single point of contact during the patient's admission.
The coordinator advocates for the patient and also provides assistance on all aspects of patient visits to the hospital, including managing medical consultations, coordinating hospital admissions, accommodating special food requirements, and assisting with travel and hotel arrangements.
IPD will also provide the necessary instructions for treatment in consultation with the physician to make sure the patient will be receiving standard medical care, taking into account the patient's condition.
The international patients VIP Ward
The international patients will be admitted to a VIP ward that has fully equipped rooms with precise monitoring system along with welfare and communication facilities.
If a foreign patient visits the hospital without prior information and coordination, the admissions unit at the International Patients Department of hospital will carry out necessary coordination and will begin the treatment process as soon as possible.
After preparation of the documents, patients are instructed with regard to the operation and are put on operation list. The objective in IPD ward is to set up a specific framework on the basis of speed, precision and perfection, so that all patients benefit from the services in the shortest possible time and are discharged with relative recovery and full satisfaction, and staff also fulfill their duty in the most efficient way.
