Admission of international patients:
In order to expedite the patient admission process, the hospital International Patients Department (IPD) will guide the patients through the process and provide all necessary services from the beginning to the end of discharge process. Patients will be paired with an international patient coordinator, who serves as a single point of contact during the patient's admission.
The coordinator advocates for the patient and also provides assistance on all aspects of patient visits to the hospital, including managing medical consultations, coordinating hospital admissions, accommodating special food requirements, and assisting with travel and hotel arrangements.
IPD will also provide the necessary instructions for treatment in consultation with the physician to make sure the patient will be receiving standard medical care, taking into account the patient's condition.
