In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

August 14, the Independence Day of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, is not only a historical event for our friendly and neighboring country, but also serves as a moment for us at Zahedan University of Medical Sciences to reflect on and cherish the scientific, cultural, and human ties between the two nations.

The strong and active presence of international students from the beloved country of Pakistan in the large family of this university is a manifestation of this long-standing bond. These students not only shine in the scientific field, but as cultural ambassadors, they convey a clear image of the capabilities, hospitality, and scientific and medical capacities of Sistan and Baluchestan Province to their country.

With their daily presence and interaction in the university and community, these students strengthen the bonds of friendship between the people of Iran and Pakistan and sow the seeds of future cooperation.

Cultural, economic and social relations between Iran and Pakistan, especially in Sistan and Baluchestan province, have always been rooted in mutual trust and respect, and the recent visit of His Excellency Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, the distinguished President of Iran, to Pakistan has once again highlighted the commitment of both nations to enhance these collaborations.

While offering condolences on the occasion of Arbaeen of Aba Abdillah al-Hussein (AS), unfortunately, due to the ban on land travel, Sistan and Baluchestan was not able to host Pakistani pilgrims this year, but the bond of our hearts with Pakistani brothers and sisters remains strong, and we are together and sympathize with each other in sorrow and joy.

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the esteemed Pakistani students of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences, as well as to the respected nation and government of Pakistan, on this momentous occasion. I wish them pride, tranquility, and continued advancement.

پاکستان کے یوم آزادی کے موقع پر زاہدان یونیورسٹی آف میڈیکل سائنسز کے چانسلر کی جانب سے مبارکباد کا پیغام

اللہ کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے۔

14 اگست، اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان کا یوم آزادی، نہ صرف ہمارے دوست اور پڑوسی ملک کے لیے ایک تاریخی واقعہ ہے، بلکہ زاہدان یونیورسٹی آف میڈیکل سائنسز میں ہمارے لیے دونوں ممالک کے درمیان سائنسی، ثقافتی اور انسانی رشتوں کی عکاسی کرنے اور اس کی قدر کرنے کے لیے ایک لمحہ کی حیثیت رکھتا ہے۔

اس یونیورسٹی کے بڑے خاندان میں پیارے ملک پاکستان کے بین الاقوامی طلباء کی مضبوط اور فعال موجودگی اس دیرینہ بندھن کا مظہر ہے۔ یہ طلباء نہ صرف سائنسی میدان میں چمکتے ہیں بلکہ ثقافتی سفیر کے طور پر اپنے ملک کو صوبہ سیستان و بلوچستان کی صلاحیتوں، مہمان نوازی اور سائنسی اور طبی صلاحیتوں کی واضح تصویر پیش کرتے ہیں۔

یونیورسٹی اور کمیونٹی میں اپنی روزمرہ موجودگی اور تعامل کے ساتھ، یہ طلباء ایران اور پاکستان کے عوام کے درمیان دوستی کے بندھن کو مضبوط کرتے ہیں اور مستقبل میں تعاون کے بیج بوتے ہیں۔

ایران اور پاکستان کے درمیان ثقافتی، اقتصادی اور سماجی تعلقات بالخصوص صوبہ سیستان اور بلوچستان میں ہمیشہ باہمی اعتماد اور احترام پر مبنی رہے ہیں اور ایران کے معزز صدر ڈاکٹر مسعود پیزشکیان کے حالیہ دورہ پاکستان نے ان تعاون کو بڑھانے کے لیے دونوں ممالک کے عزم کو ایک بار پھر اجاگر کیا ہے۔

ابا عبد اللہ الحسین (ع) کے اربعین کے موقع پر تعزیت پیش کرتے ہوئے، بدقسمتی سے زمینی سفر پر پابندی کی وجہ سے اس سال سیستان اور بلوچستان پاکستانی زائرین کی میزبانی نہیں کر سکے، لیکن پاکستانی بھائیوں اور بہنوں کے ساتھ ہمارے دلوں کا رشتہ مضبوط ہے، اور ہم ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ ہمدردی اور خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہیں۔

میں زاہدان یونیورسٹی آف میڈیکل سائنسز کے تمام معزز پاکستانی طلباء کے ساتھ ساتھ پاکستان کی معزز قوم اور حکومت کو بھی اس اہم موقع پر دلی مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں۔ میں ان کے لیے فخر، سکون اور مسلسل ترقی کی خواہش کرتا ہوں۔
