Zahedan university of Medical Sciences Academics participated in the AMEE 2023 Annual Conference
The Director of the Medical Education Development Center at Zahedan University of Medical Sciences (ZAUMS) stated that the AMEE International Medical Education Conference was held for the first time at ZAUMS, simultaneously with 15 other medical universities in the country.

The Director of the Medical Education Development Center at Zahedan University of Medical Sciences (ZAUMS) stated that the AMEE International Medical Education Conference was held for the first time at ZAUMS, simultaneously with 15 other medical universities in the country.
Dr. Keykha mentioned that the theme of this year's event was "Inclusive Learning Environments to Transform the Future", but other key areas in health professions education were also included. She expressed hope that in the near future, educational infrastructure will be provided for equal access to medical education throughout the country.
Each year our annual conference brings together professionals, educators, students, institutions and organizations from a broad variety of healthcare sectors, to share, collaborate and network.
Addressing and showcasing the latest developments and practices in healthcare professions education and beyond, the annual conference is a chance to make connections, learn new approaches, and get involved in the development of our sector.
AMEE 2023 was held from 26-30 August 2023 at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), Glasgow, UK, both in-person and online.
She explained the objectives of organizing this event, stating that the conference is held annually with the aim of promoting medical education and improving community health.
She added that the conference was held live from August 28 to August 30 in the conference hall of ZAUMS under the supervision of EDC and the International Affairs Office of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences.
Furthermore, she mentioned that the conference was attended by participants from faculty members of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences to chair each panel and facilitate discussions related to the topics under consideration in the conference.
