A Master’s student in Psychiatric Nursing from Zahedan University of Medical Sciences awarded the title of the best research paper in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science

According to the Public Relations report, Dr. Ebrahim Kurd, the Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology at ZAUMS, stated that Ms. Leila Mohammadifar (Master’s student in Psychiatric Nursing) was recognized in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, earning the title of Best Paper.

The 25th National and the 11th International Annual Congress of Research and Technology of Medical Students was held at the Urmia University of Medical Sciences from September 5 to7, 2024.

 

According to the Public Relations report, Dr. Ebrahim Kurd, the Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology at ZAUMS, stated that Ms. Leila Mohammadifar (Master’s student in Psychiatric Nursing) was recognized in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, earning the title of Best Paper.

 

The goal of this congress was to share the findings of researchers in the field of medical sciences and to enhance the scientific knowledge of students. Additionally, due to the presence of professors and students from other countries, it provided an excellent opportunity for exchanging the latest information worldwide.

 

Dr. Vahid Shafiei Irannejad, the executive secretary of the congress, commented on the number of participating students, stating that a total of 1,000 students from various universities, along with a total of 1,300 attendees, participated in this congress. He added that student participation and enthusiasm were significant this year, with 3,070 papers presented, marking a 30% increase compared to last year. These papers were reviewed in 25 lecture panels and 42 poster panels.
