Zahedan University Faculty Members Ranks Second at the National Shahid Motahari Festival 2025

Two faculty members from Zahedan University of Medical Sciences have won the second national award for educational processes at the 2025 Shahid Motahari Festival, Iran's premier event in medical education.
According to the public relation report, Dr. Ali Khajeh, Vice Chancellor for Education, announced that Dr. Ali Abdolrezaq Nejad and Dr. Maryam Ziaei earned this honor with their project, "Design, Implementation, and Evaluation of a Two-Month Emergency Medicine Internship Program" in the field of curriculum development and revision.
Dr. Khajeh highlighted that the Shahid Motahari Festival, held annually in May to honor Teacher’s Day, recognizes outstanding educational innovations submitted by faculty across the country. This achievement follows a rigorous internal and national evaluation process.
Last year, Dr. Fereshtah Qalajayi and Ms. Najmeh Qeyami Keshtegar from Zahedan University also secured the first national rank with their project on a psychiatry nursing bootcamp.
Zahedan University of Medical Sciences has consistently ranked among the top institutions in this prestigious national festival.
