Screening of all in-coming and Pakistan-bound travelers at Mirjavah-Pakistan border crossing for COVID 19 in accordance with International Health Regulations (IHR)
The Mirjaveh Border Health Surveillance Unit is active throughout the year. Islamic Republic of Iran has been committed to complying with international health regulations since 2012 and at Mirjaveh-Pakistan border crossing, according to international health regulations, all travelers and foreign nationals are screened for infectious diseases included in the Irans Ministry of Health syndromic surveillance system.

The Mirjaveh Border Health Surveillance Unit is active throughout the year. Islamic Republic of Iran has been committed to complying with international health regulations since 2012 and at Mirjaveh-Pakistan border crossing, according to international health regulations, all travelers and foreign nationals are screened for infectious diseases included in the Iran"s Ministry of Health syndromic surveillance system.
Moreover, in-coming and Pakistan-bound travellers are screened for fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Any travelers with signs or symptoms of illness will receive a more comprehensive medical assessment and rapid COVID 19 testing, if needed.
