The exclusive exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Karachi, Pakistan, was inaugurated on January 16, 2023 with the presence of H.E. Kamran Tessori, Governor of Sindh, H.E. Peyman Pak, Deputy Minister of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, and H.E. Hassan Noorian, Consul General of the I.R.Iran in Karachi, and other high-ranking Iranian and Pakistani officials.
A total of 60 companies and commercial institutions from the Islamic Republic of Iran participated in this exhibition, which was held until January 28. On the opening day of the exhibition, the booth of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences and three related knowledge-based and technological companies were greatly received by the visitors.
It is necessary to mention the geographical location of Sistan and Baluchistan Province and the ease of access by land routes, cultural commonalities, as well as the affordable cost of living and proposed tuition fees of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences for various fields, are among many advantages of the university to attract international students and health tourism, as well.
Introducing the educational capacities of the university in the field of accepting international students and health tourism services was one of the goals of participating in this exhibition. The visitors to the Zahedan University of Medical Sciences booth, in addition to applicants to continue their education, included representatives of active companies in the field of students" recruitment, companies that supply medical equipment, software design companies and websites, as well as patients applying for health services, especially dentistry.
