Three Medals Awarded to Students of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences at the 17th National Scientific Olympiad

In the 17th National Scientific Olympiad for Medical Sciences Students, which focused on reproductive health and population preservation, the teams from Zahedan University of Medical Sciences achieved remarkable success by winning three esteemed medals.
According to a report from the university’s Public Relations department, Dr. Ali Khajeh, the Vice Chancellor for Education, extended his congratulations to the victorious students, stating: “In this competition, our students were able to secure two silver medals in the categories of ‘Art and Media’ and ‘Entrepreneurship and Artificial Intelligence,’ along with one bronze medal in the category of ‘Health System Management.’”
He further noted: “The university’s teams and award recipients in this scientific Olympiad comprised, in the field of Art and Media: supervisor Dr. Razieh Kikhai and students Mohammad Nouri and Narges Sandgol; in Entrepreneurship and Artificial Intelligence: supervisor Dr. Leili Mohammadi and students Ali Ghaffari, Zahra Shariati, and Hosna Sarani; and in Health System Management: supervisor Dr. Shahindokht Rigi and student Ali Ehsani.”
He also expressed appreciation for the contributions of the professors, team supervisors, and all participants, adding: “We aspire for this success to mark the beginning of numerous further accomplishments for the esteemed community of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences.”
It is important to mention that the initial stage of this Olympiad took place simultaneously across medical universities nationwide on April 18, 2025.
