Zahedan University of Medical Sciences Launches First Polio Vaccination Campaign in February and March 2021
A five-day sub-national polio immunization campaign started from 13 February 2021 where drops will be administered to children of less than 5 years of age to keep the disease at bay, despite the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic. Grief counseling for covid-19 bereaved families by mental health experts affiliated with Zahedan University of Medical Sciences
During coronavirus pandemic, to provide covid-19 bereaved families with emotional support and to alleviate their anxiety, health experts of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences (ZAUMS) offered grief counseling to these families. According to Public Relations report, Dr. Seyed Mehdi Tabatabaei, Vice Chancellor for Health at ZAUMS, said: “Mental health should be a concern for all of us, rather than only for those who suffer from mental disorders, no group is immune to mental disorders.”
